About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Baltic E-commerce Group to oversee and enhance our digital sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies and digital marketing metrics, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on approach to everyday challenges of digital sales.

This role involves leading a team of e-commerce professionals and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital content, product development, IT, customer service, and others to ensure the seamless operation and growth of our online business.
 

What are you going to do?

  • E-commerce strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve digital sales targets, leveraging market trends and customer insights. Plan and coordinate e-commerce budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources. 
  • Performance optimization: analyse metrics (traffic, conversion rates, CPA) and implement improvements to maximize results. Streamline digital sales funnels using best practices in Meta, Alphabet, Bing, and other traffic sources.
  • Operations management: oversee e-commerce tools and platform functionality, ensuring seamless user experiences. Initiate and integrate new tools, technologies, and best practices to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Team Leadership: lead a multidisciplinary e-commerce team across the Baltics, fostering collaboration and innovation. Take care about teams’ performance and professional growth.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work with marketing, product, content, and customer experience teams as well as with external partners to drive digital initiatives and improve customer engagement. Collaborate with Partner team in developing digital ecosystems via API’s and other kinds of cooperation models.
  • Reporting: communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

What do we expect from you?

  • Proven experience in an e-commerce leadership role, with a track record of driving digital sales growth. 
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and web analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and their impact on e-commerce.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for improving the online customer experience.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English languages.
